Submitting Music
We are seeking local music submission to play on KZME radio programs.
What is Local?
Here’s a list of how we will define ‘local’:
Music written by local artists, performed by local artists, played in a local venue.
Music played by local artists in a local venue.
Music written by local artists, played by local artists in a non-local venue.
Music played in a local venue by non-local musicians.
Music that was influenced by a local musician.
Music that was recorded in a local studio.
Music distributed by a local label.
Music that ’sounds’ like it came from Portland or belongs in Portland.
Music, that in some way, reflects local values, history or landscape.
In addition, it is our intention to play music not already well represented on the local dial.
Please include the following completed forms:
Artist Release Form Recorded Material
Note: We only need one Artist Release Form from you but will need an Authorization Form for each CD (or batch of CDs) you send in to us. If you are sending in several CDs at a time, just list all the CD titles on the Authorization Form.

House Concerts and Benefit Shows
A house concert is a chance for music lovers to experience music in a warm and intimate environment. It’s a chance for them to meet the performers and to purchase a CD of the music they love.
